Does my partner need their own account?
Our accounts are intended for individual use to maintain integrity in the community. However, you can add a partner to your plan for just $10/month. This is offer is available for Basic, Plus, and Premium membership plans.
Your partner will then get their own account on the Basic Membership Plan, so they can track their own progress on solo jazz stuff and participate in the community. You can add your partner once you sign up and login to the members area.
How do coaching credits work and what if I want more?
The Plus and Premium Plans add a certain number of coaching credits to your account each month. These credits also roll over and accumulate month to month, but expire after 90 days. This give you flexibility to use them during a 3 month period. If you you ever need to purchase additional coaching credits to get more feedback or virtual private session time, you can do so a la carte in the members area, subject to availability.
How does the waiting list work?
We will contact you directly via email when you are next on the list and hold your spot for 48 hours. Feel free to email us as well to find out what place in line you are and we'll do our best to reply within a few days.
How does the 14-day money back guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied, just email us at rhythmjuice.llc@gmail.com or submit a support ticket to let us know and we'll process a refund.
Are my feedback videos visible to other members on the plus plan?
Yes. When you post questions or videos to lessons they are visible to our members, but they are not visible publicly to non members. This will allow you to learn from others feedback and provide a more detailed learning experience for all.
If you are on the Premium Plan, then any coaching, feedback, or questions you ask in your private space is 100% private to you and the teachers, and not visible to other members.
Is there a limit to the number of lesson questions I can ask per month?
For starters, asking questions on lesson will not consume any coaching credits.
We have a soft limit of 10 questions per month on Plus and Unlimited on Premium. This is subject to change as we get a better feel for how many questions are being submitted as we settle into our new platform and program.
Are courses from older version of RhythmJuice available on the new platform?
We have moved quite a few courses over, and have all the material prepared to bring into an archive that we will make available. Our priority is our new Master class programs and making sure you have our most up-to-date instruction. If there is any material from an older website that is in demand by members, we will be sure to get it online quickly.
I had an account on an older version of Rhythm Juice, will that progress transfer over?
Unfortunately, we are unable to move course progress from the old platforms to the new ones.
