What is Loyal Member Pricing?

After one year, all our plans will move to Loyal Member Pricing, which is a highly reduced monthly subscription, so you can lock in the lowest price we can offer, on monthly billing making as financially easy on you to continue to work on your dancing and maintain your relationships in the community. This will be locked in until you decide to cancel.

Does my partner need their own account?

Our accounts are intended for individual use to maintain integrity in the community. However, you can add a partner to your plan for just $10/month.

Your partner will then get their own account so they can track their own progress and have their own presence in the community.

How does Private Coaching work and what services do you offer?

Use private coaching to accelerate progress and build the best habits!

Private Coaching is available through a la carte packages inside the members area. We provide coaching through your own Private Coaching Space that will hold all your Videos and Replays. You access our services by using what we call "Coaching Credits" and which can be purchase in packages of 16, 32, and 64 Credits as a one time payment. Credits can then be used flexibly whenever you need help the most. No pressure or time constraints.

How does Group Coaching work and what services do you offer?

Use group coaching to go beyond the courses, socialize, and work on fresh content.

Group coaching is included in membership for no additional charge. By "group" we mean that the work we do is visible to all members, and the replays are added to our content library, similar to what you'd experience in a group class. 

Services Include:

  • Lesson Q&A (Unlimited)

  • Live Zoom Q&A + Replays (Unlimited)

  • Live Zoom Special Workshops + Replays (Unlimited)

  • Video Feedback Spotlight Opportunities (Application)

How does the 30-day money back guarantee work?

When you begin your subscription, you'll be charged for access to our courses. We’re confident you’ll love the material, but if within the first 30 days you find that it’s not what you expected, or if you’re unable to find the content you're looking for, simply reach out to our support team. We’ll refund you 100% of your payment!

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure our we're the right fit!

Is there a limit to the number of lesson questions I can ask per month?

We don't currently have a limit on Lesson Q&A. Ideally, every good question is a way to help everyone go deeper on the lesson material and add value to the experience. If this becomes something unsustainable, we'll introduce some guidelines.

Are courses from older version of RhythmJuice available on the new platform?

We have moved quite a few courses over, and have all the material prepared to bring into an archive that we will make available. Our priority is our new Master class programs and making sure you have our most up-to-date instruction. If there is any material from an older website that is in demand by members, we will be sure to get it online quickly.

I had an account on an older version of Rhythm Juice, will that progress transfer over? What about the loyalty subscription pricing?

Unfortunately, we are unable to move course progress from the old platforms to the new ones. If you have an account on an older version of RhythmJuice, we can credit that towards our loyalty subscription pricing. Contact support for help.
